happy new year :) haha

a mere three weeks till uni starts again, i am looking forward to it so much!!! i have worked way way too much since my christmas holidays, and it makes me feel half dead. the pay roll lady informed me the other day that i've been working 50 + hours every week since i've been back. there is nothing normal about that. i cant sleep at night, or wake up in the mornings, and i have lost enthusiasm for just about everything and am drinking way to much coffee. and just the sound of a pokie machine makes me angry. i would much rather be staying up late stressing about assignments, getting up at the same time every day to drag my tired arse to uni to get a coffee in me before first lecture, spending my lunch break with friends sitting under the trees (with another coffee) actually learning something every now and then and going home with cameron every night to cook dinner and play cards. and i will be broke, especially now that i'm paying much more rent for a much trendier place, but i coped last year, and i dont really need to buy all those nice things. well, except for my new sunnies, because they do make me look very cool. and that dress goes with the sunnies perfectly :) but all these things are no way near as important as my sanity, which is diminishing with every payout, every hopper refill, every late staff arrival, and all those drunks i have to remove.
